Decree of the Ministry of Finance

on the launch of the People's Money Department of the Central Council of Cooperatives.
The Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 17, paragraph 1 of the Act of 21 July 1948, No 187 Coll., on the Central Council of Cooperatives:
The Special Branch, composed of the Central Board of Cooperatives of the Institute of People's Money and the People's Money Headquarters pursuant to Section 52 of the Act of 20 July 1948, No. 181 Coll., on the Organisation of Money, shall take effect on 1 January 1949.
