Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 307 / 2022 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, says that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the scope of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended, pursuant to § 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the terms of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector and on the definition of the development of certain laws (Energy Law No. 8 / 2022 of the Act No. 20 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended by the Act No. 22 of the Energy Act No. 22 of the Energy Act, and on the Government No. 189 / 2022 of the Act on the Development of Certain Energy Resources, on the Development of Certain Laws (Energy Law No. 8 / 2022 / 2022 of the Energy Act), as amended Act, on the Act on the Act on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Energy Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll. the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 9 / 2022 of 29 September 2022 fixing the price for the activity of the Purchaser and the prices associated with guarantees of origin; the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 10 / 2022 of 30 September 2022 amending the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 4 / 2021 of 16 September 2021 on thermal energy prices; and the price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 11 / 2022 of 30 September 2022 establishing support for supported energy sources.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 8 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 2 September 2022, in the amount of 10; in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 29 September 2022, in the amount of 11; in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 30 September 2022, in the amount of 12; and in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 11 / 2022, in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 30 September 2022, in the amount of 13. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. On 1 October 2022, the Commission received comments from interested parties. Decisions 9 / 2022, 10 / 2022 and 11 / 2022 shall become effective on 1 January 2023.
