amending Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., on the use of time-charged infrastructure, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Article 46 (2) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 97 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 268 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 193 / 2018 Coll., for implementation of § 20 (1) and § 21e (2) of this Act:
Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., on the Use of Infrastructure Charged by Time Charges, as amended by Decree No. 383 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 386 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 258 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1) (i), "2019" is replaced by "2020."
2. in Article 3 (3) (h), "2019" is replaced by "2020."
3. Paragraph 3 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The basic background colours are used for coupons valid for:
(a) one year red colour,
(b) one month colour purple,
(c) 10 days yellow. ';
4. Annex 1, including the title, shall read:

Transitional provision
The validity of coupons of model 2019 issued pursuant to Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall not be affected for coupons of 10 days until 9 January 2020 and for coupons of 1 month and calendar year before 31 January 2020 respectively.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2019, with the exception of Article I (5), which shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
