COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 14 September 1994 he was in Seoul on XXI. The Fifth Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the World Postal Union was adopted and signed on behalf of the Czech Republic.
The Parliament of the Czech Republic agreed to the Protocol and the President of the Republic ratified it. The instrument of ratification was deposited with the Director-General of the International Office of the World Postal Union, depositary of the Constitution, on 17 June 1996.
The Protocol on the basis of its Article IX entered into force on 1 January 1996. It entered into force for the Czech Republic on 17 June 1996.
The text of the Fifth Additional Protocol can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
