DECLARATION

amending and supplementing Decree No. 492 / 1991 of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic Coll., laying down the scope and conditions of statutory liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle, as amended by Decree No. 582 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 327 / 1993 Coll. and Decree No. 246 / 1994 Coll.
Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 26 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 185 / 1991 Coll., on Insurance, as amended by Act No. 320 / 1993 Coll., provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic No. 492 / 1991 Coll., determining the scope and conditions of statutory liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle, as amended by Decree No. 582 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 327 / 1993 Coll. and Decree No. 246 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Article 22 (2) (a) and (b) reads as follows:
"(a) a single-track motor vehicle and a tricycle of a total weight of not more than 400 kg with a cylinder capacity

| 2. | nad 50 cm3 do 350 cm3 včetně | 264,- |
| 3. | nad 350 cm3 | 408,- |
b) passenger car up to a total weight of 3500 kg including all modifications derived from passenger car, motor tricycle with a total weight of over 400 kg
| 1. | se zdvihovým objemem válců do 1000 cm3 včetně nebo na elektrický pohon | 552,- |
| 2. | se zdvihovým objemem válců nad 1000 cm3 do 1350 cm3 včetně | 804,- |
| 3. | se zdvihovým objemem válců nad 1350 cm3 do 1850 cm3 včetně | 1356,- |
| 4. | se zdvihovým objemem válců nad 1850 cm3 do 2500 cm3 včetně | 2352,- |
| 5. | se zdvihovým objemem válců nad 2500 cm3 | 3516,-“. |
2. In Paragraph 22 (2) (m), "half 'is replaced by" one third'.
Transitional provision
If the premiums for 1996 were paid before 1 January 1996 at a lower rate, the person liable to pay the premiums shall be obliged to pay them up to the end of February 1996 until the amount laid down in this Decree. If the person who is obliged to pay the premium has paid an amount higher than the amount of the premiums for 1996, the insurance undertaking shall, at his request, repay the premium.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
