on the length of motorways which were in service on 30 June of the calendar year concerned and its percentage change compared to the length of motorways which were in service on 30 June of the immediately preceding calendar year, the amount of the conversion coefficient for the immediately following calendar year and the rate of the time fee referred to in § 21 paragraphs 3 to 6 of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on roads, as amended, applicable in the immediate following calendar year
According to Article 21 (7) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended, the Ministry of Transport states that:
(a) The length of motorways in operation on 30 June 2024 is 1 340,22 km and its percentage change compared to the length of motorways in operation on 30 June 2023 is + 1,4%.
(b) The amendment coefficient for the calendar year 2025 shall be 1,063.
(c) The rate of the time fee for the calendar year 2025 shall be:

| 10 dní | 290 Kč | a |
| 1 den | 210 Kč. |
If the vehicle is in a time charging system using electricity or hydrogen as a fuel in combination with another fuel, if the CO2 emissions in the combined operation do not exceed 50 g / km, the rate of the time charge shall be:
| 1 rok | 610 Kč, | |
| 30 dní | 110 Kč, | |
| 10 dní | 70 Kč | a |
| 1 den | 50 Kč. |
If the vehicle is in a time charging system powered by natural gas or biomethane, the rate of the time charge shall be:
| 1 rok | 1 220 Kč, | |
| 30 dní | 230 Kč, | |
| 10 dní | 140 Kč | a |
| 1 den | 100 Kč. |
