DECLARATION
of 4 October 2022
amending Decree No. 410 / 2005 Coll., on sanitary requirements for the premises and operation of facilities and facilities for the education and training of children and adolescents, as amended
The Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, provides, pursuant to Section 108 (2) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Section 7 (1) of the Act:
Decree No. 410 / 2005 Coll., on sanitary requirements for premises and operations of facilities and facilities for the education and training of children and adolescents, as amended by Decree No. 343 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 465 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 12 (1), the words "children and 'shall be inserted after the words" stay'.
2. In the third sentence of Article 12 (2), the words "children and 'shall be inserted after the words" For'.
3. Paragraph 18 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The operation of the establishment for education and training and establishment for education and training shall be discontinued where three consecutive days of the minimum air temperature in these areas falls below the value set out in Annex 3 to this Regulation. ';
4. Paragraph 18 (6) is deleted.
5. In Annex No 1, point 4, at the end of the second sentence, the words "ensure the possibility of washing pots under flowing drinking cold or hot water, including disinfection in an area operationally or in a space separated from that used by children 'shall be added.
6. In Annex 3, Table 1, including the title, reads:
"Table 1: Quantities of outdoor air delivered in classrooms and gyms and quantities of air delivered in dressing rooms and sanitary facilities in educational and educational establishments:

7. In Annex 3, Table 2, including the title, reads:

The temperature control in the space can be ensured using wall thermometers. Thermometers shall not be placed on walls with windows and walls exposed to direct sunlight and shall be placed at least 1 m above the floor level. ';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
