On 27 July 2021, the Constitutional Court decided under point Pl.
as follows:
Article 2 (3) in the words "city or 'of the generally binding Order of the City of Heřman, No 5 / 2019 concerning the prohibition of the consumption of alcoholic beverages in certain publicly accessible places shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
