DECLARATION
of 22 October 2010
on the Statistical Survey Programme 2011
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll.:
Subject matter
The statistical survey programme for 2011 is set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree.
Data on the reporting agent
(1) In addition to the data described in Annexes 1 and 2 for each survey, the statistical survey shall also include the reporting agent's identification data:
(a) in the case of a legal person, the trading firm or name and its registered office;
(b) in the case of an undertaking, the name and, where applicable, the name, surname and business name and place of business.
(2) For both types of reporting agents, the statistical survey shall also contain an identification number and, if not allocated, the tax identification number, the predominant activity in the reference period, the name and / or names, and the surname of the person who completed the report, its telephone and fax number, the e-mail address and data on its data box. In the event that another entity fills in for the reporting agent, the name and / or names of the person who completed the report shall also be given and the surname of the person who completed the report, its telephone and / or fax number, e-mail address and data on its data box.
(3) The statistical surveys concerning health, social services, cultural, school or educational establishments shall also include the internal department code names of the internal unit and the business or name and identification number of the founder or founder.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.

II. Individual statistical surveys carried out by the Czech Statistical Office
1. NAME OF STATISTICAL INSURANCE:
Quarterly statement for operators of selected production sectors

1. Purpose and content of statistical surveys
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining statistical data to calculate the quarterly basic macroeconomic indicators for the Czech Republic for the compilation of quarterly national accounts, for assessing economic developments in selected sectors of non-financial corporations and individuals in financial management and employment during the year and for other analytical purposes. The results obtained and the statistically evaluated data will be used to provide information to international organisations and institutions, in particular the European Union, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, government, regional, economic and social institutions, business and the public. The security of indicators in the required structures is in line with European statistical standards and Council Regulation (EC) No 2223 / 96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community. The acquisition of data on the number of kilometres travelled by freight and passenger vehicles will be used to determine the average running-through of vehicles and to estimate the traffic performance thereafter. The results will then be used for the needs of the Ministry of Transport and sent to Eurostat.

Labour indicators - staff and wages, temporary staff allocated by the agencies. Financial indicators of flow in statistical breakdowns - performance, costs and added value. Acquisition of long-term intangible assets and tangible assets and sales proceeds. Number of passenger and freight cars and number of kilometres travelled by such vehicles.

Purpose of statistical surveys:

Economic operators - legal and natural persons, both incorporated and not incorporated in the Commercial Register, having the predominant activity under:
CZ-NACE 01, 02, 03 (agriculture, forestry, fishing),
CZ-NACE 05 to 39 (industry, energy, water supply),
CZ-NACE 41, 42, 43 (construction),
CZ-NACE 45 to 47, 55, 56 (trade, hospitality, accommodation),
CZ-NACE 49 to 53, 58 to 63 (transport and storage, information and communication activities),

The reporting obligation is linked to the CZ- NACE and the amount of the economic entity's assets.

Annual report of economic operators of selected production sectors

1. Purpose and content of statistical surveys
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining detailed statistical data to calculate the complete set of macroeconomic indicators within the annual national accounts, to evaluate year-round economic developments in selected sectors, including structural changes of both sectoral and material nature, to compile regional cross-sections and accounts, and for other analytical purposes. Use of data obtained and statistically evaluated to provide information to international organisations and institutions, in particular the European Union, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, government, regional, economic and social institutions, business and the public. The security of indicators in the required structures is in line with European statistical standards and Regulation (EC) No 295 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 concerning structural business statistics and Council Regulation (EC) No 2223 / 96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Economic entity characteristics and additional information. Staff numbers and wages. Identification of the entity with foreign equity participation and identification of the senior owner. Financial indicators in statistical breakdown - income and cost, net aggregates, stocks without net advances, selected territorial indicators, additional financial indicators, research, development and licensing contracts. Net financial assets, liabilities, structure of selected financial assets by institutional sector. Selected indicators on the acquisition of fixed assets structured by territory. Acquisition of long-term intangible and tangible assets, additional indicators to long-term intangible and tangible assets. Specifications of acquired and disposed of long-term tangible assets without land and mineral deposits according to the Production Classification (CZ- CPA) and Classification of Construction Works (CZ- CC). Indicators by industry - specification of selected items of sales for construction, market services (customer structure, customer seat). Emission permits. Indicators characterising sectoral specificities, all structured according to the CZ-CPA: sales from the sale of own products and services, stocks of products and stocks of unfinished production, own production semi-finished products and young and other animals, sales from the sale of goods, costs incurred for the sale of goods and stocks of goods.

Economic operators - legal and natural persons incorporated in the Commercial Register and selected natural persons not incorporated in the Commercial Register having the predominant activity under
CZ-NACE 01, 02, 03 (agriculture, forestry, fishing),
CZ-NACE 05 to 39 (industry, energy, water supply),
CZ-NACE 41, 42, 43 (construction),
CZ-NACE 45 to 47, 55, 56 (trade, hospitality, accommodation),
CZ-NACE 49 to 53, 58 to 63 (transport and storage, information and communication activities),
CZ-NACE 64 to 66 (money industry, insurance - only economic operators accounting as entrepreneurs),
CZ-NACE 68 to 96 (other services, research and development, public administration, health, education).
The reporting obligation of economic operators is assigned to the Czech Statistical Office based on data in the Register of Economic Operators.

Monthly animal slaughter report

1. Purpose and content of statistical surveys
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining basic information on the slaughter of livestock pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1165 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on statistics on livestock and meat production and repealing Council Directives 93 / 23 / EEC, 93 / 24 / EEC and 93 / 25 / EEC; Regulation (EC) No 138 / 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 December 2003 on the global agricultural account in the Community, for the assessment of the situation on the meat market, for the determination of trends in this area and for the acquisition of supporting documents for the calculation of gross domestic production for international comparison. The results of the survey will serve the European Union, Food and Agriculture Organisation, Ministry of Agriculture and Public Information.

Number and weight of slaughtered animals in live weight or carcase weight broken down by category.
