determining the circumference of the district mining authorities
According to § 38 (2) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, the Czech Mining Authority provides:
The circumference of the district mining authorities with the exception of the agenda referred to in Sections 2 and 3 shall be as follows:
a) Regional Mining Office in Kladno for the territory of the capital city of Prague and for the territory of the Central Bohemian Region,
b) Regional Mining Office in Pribrami for the South Bohemia Region,
(c) the District Mining Office in Pilsen for the territory of the Pilsen Region,
(d) the District Mining Office in Sokolov for the region of Karlovy Vary,
e) District Mining Office in Most for the territory of Ústí Region,
(f) the District Mining Office in Trutnova for the territory of the Králové Hradec Region and for the territory of the Pardubice Region,
(g) the District Mining Office in Brno for the territory of the Vysočina Region, the territory of the South Moravian Region and the territory of the Olomouc Region;
h) Regional Mining Office in Ostrava for the region of Moravskoslezsky and for the region of Zlín,
(i) Regional Mining Office in Liberec for the region of Liberec.
For mining and mining activities carried out in a mining manner involving radioactive minerals, as well as the taking of natural medicinal radioactive waters in mining works and the work to make old and abandoned mining works available, where extraction or exploration of radioactive minerals, including working to keep them in safe condition, are defined as follows:
a) Regional Mining Office in Pribram for the territory of the capital city of Prague and for the territory of the regions of Central Bohemia, South Bohemia, Plzeň, Karlovy Vary and Ústecký,
b) Regional Mining Office in Liberec for the regions of Liberec, Králové Hradec, Pardubice, South Moravian and Olomouc, Moravian-Silesian, Zlín and Vysočina.
The area of manufacture, processing, manufacture, research, development and experimental production of explosives, as well as the assessment of the competence to carry out the activities of fireworks and pyrotechnicians, shall be the area of competence of the Regional Mining Office in Příbram for the entire territory of the Czech Republic.
They shall be deleted:
(a) Decree No. 56 / 1982 Coll., determining the circumference of the district mining authorities.
b) Decree No. 120 / 1993 Coll., amending and supplementing the Order of the Czech Mining Office No. 56 / 1982 Coll., which defines the circumference of the field offices.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2002.
