amending Act No. 92 / 1991 Coll., on the Conditions for Transfer of State Assets to Other Persons, as amended by Act No. 92 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 541 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 544 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 210 / 1993 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 92 / 1991 Coll., on Conditions for the Transfer of State Assets to Other Persons, as amended by Act No. 92 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 541 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 544 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 210 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 47, "31 December 1993 'is replaced by" 31 December 1994', "30 June 1994 'is replaced by" 30 June 1995' and "31 December 1994 'is replaced by" 31 December 1995'.
2. In Article 47b, paragraph 1, the words "the authority referred to in Article 10 (1) 'are replaced by the words" ministries'.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
