The Ministry of the Environment, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health, pursuant to § 33 (4) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on Waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 223 / 2015 Coll.:
In Article 11 (1) and (3) and Article 12 (2) of the Introductory Part of Decree No. 437 / 2016 Coll., on the conditions for the use of treated sludge on agricultural land and amending Decree No. 383 / 2001 Coll., on the details of the management of biodegradable waste and on the amendment of Decree No. 294 / 2005 Coll., on the conditions for the disposal and use of waste on land and on the amendment of Decree No. 383 / 2001 Coll., on the details of the management of biodegradable waste, the figure "2019 'is replaced by" 2022'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 2019.
