GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 December 2018
amending Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 68 paragraphs 2 and 4 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 59 / 2015 Coll., on the Service Tariff and on the special surcharge for professional soldiers, as amended by Government Decree No. 282 / 2015 Coll., Government Decree No. 346 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 427 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 175 / 2017 Coll. and No. 328 / 2017 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (2) of the Professional Soldiers Act shall be:

2. Paragraph 2 (2) reads as follows:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2019.
