establishing the Ministry of Engineering and Electrical Engineering of the Czech Republic and defining its scope
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
(2) Where generally binding legislation entrusts the Federal Central Authorities with competence in the matters of engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, mining, treatment and processing of ores and magnesite, the Ministry of Engineering and Electrical Engineering shall exercise that competence to the extent applicable to the Czech Republic.
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 34 / 1970 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 60 / 1988 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 173 / 1989 Coll., the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 9 / 1990 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 126 / 1990 Coll., and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 288 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, the following point 12 is inserted after point 11:
"12th Ministry of Engineering and Electrical Engineering."
Points 12 to 15 shall be renumbered 13 to 16.
2. The following Section 14 is inserted after Section 13:
The Ministry of Engineering and Electrical Engineering is the central body of the state administration for engineering, electrical engineering and electronics and for mining, treatment and refining of ores and magnesite. '
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
