DECLARATION
of 27 September 2023
amending Decree No 328 / 2020 Coll., on the territorial offices of customs offices not located in their offices, as amended by Decree No 311 / 2022 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 6 paragraph 6 of Act No. 17 / 2012 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic:
Decree No 328 / 2020 Coll., on customs offices not located in their offices, as amended by Decree No 311 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Part I of the Annex, the words "Nupaku Territory," shall be deleted, the words "and" after the word "Red," shall be replaced by a comma and the words "Red," shall be inserted on the separate line "Territorial Workshop in Říčany a."
2. In Part II of the Annex, the word "Camp 'is replaced by the words" Plana nad Lužnice'.
3. Part III of the Annex is deleted.
Parts IV to XI shall be referred to as Parts III to X.
4. In the Annex to Part VI, the words "Třebíč zoning centre and 'are deleted.
5. in the Annex to Part VII, the words "the Blansko Territorial Office 'are deleted;
6. In the Annex to Part IX, the comma after the word "Opaque 'is replaced by the word" a', the word "a 'after the word" Pask' is replaced by the dot and the words "Territorial Workplace in Třice 'are deleted.
7. In the Annex to Part X., the comma after the word "Lips" shall be recorded by the word "a," the words "Napajedlé" shall be deleted, the word "a" after the word "Hradiště" shall be replaced by the dot and the words "Valašské Meziříčí Territory." shall be deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
