GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 12 December 2018

determining the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps

The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Paragraph 115 (3) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 247 / 2017 Coll., ("the Act '):

§ 1

The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

§ 2

The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps provided for in Section 114 (2) of the Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

§ 3

Government Regulation No 410 / 2017 Coll., establishing a scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps, is repealed.

§ 4

This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2019.
