DECLARATION
of 30 September 2011
on the definition of the nature protection zones of the Protected Landscape Areas
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Definition of zones
(1) The tiered nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as the "zones") are defined in the Protected Landscape Area of the Czech Les1.
(2) The designation of the zone boundaries on the basis of the cadastral map of the scale 1: 2 000, including the electronic form and on the basis of the base map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000, is stored at the headquarters of the Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of the Czech Forest in Přímda and the Central List 2).
(3) The indicative graphical representation of the zones in the Protected Landscape Area of the Czech Forest is given in the annex to this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2011.
