GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 June 2005
amending Government Regulation No 368 / 2003 Coll., on an integrated pollution register
The Government orders pursuant to § 47 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control, on Integrated Pollution Register and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Integrated Prevention):
Government Decree No. 368 / 2003 Coll., on the Integrated Pollution Register, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 4, the words "at the same time as the data in the integrated pollution register referred to in Annex 4 to this Regulation 'are replaced by the words" through an automated reporting process accessible to the public by remote access at the electronic address referred to in Section 3 (2)'.
2. In Annex No 1, point 49, the words "200 (as BTEX) and 'shall be inserted under the heading" Reporting threshold for emissions to water (kg / year)'.
3. In Annex 1, in the part "Remarks', the words" c / As inorganic compounds' are deleted.
4. In Annex 2, in the part "Remarks', the words" c / As inorganic compounds' are deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
