amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 374 / 1992 Coll., implementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 33 / 1993 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 121 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Police of the Czech Republic:
The income of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 374 / 1992 Coll., implementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 33 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraph 80 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 and 2.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
