of 7 December 1993
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 391 / 1991 Coll., on the pay ratios of judges, state notaries, judicial and notary waiters, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 7 / 1993 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Čl. I
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 391 / 1991 Coll., on the pay ratios of judges, state notaries, judicial and notarial waiters, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 7 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "military district courts, higher military courts," are deleted.
2. In Article 2 (2), the words "military district courts, higher military courts' and" and higher military courts' are deleted.
3. In Paragraph 3 (1), the words "and military district courts' and" and higher military courts' are deleted.
4. In Paragraph 3 (2), the words "military perimeter 'are deleted; after the word" county "the comma is deleted and the words" higher military "are deleted.

„§ 4
Basic salary
(1) The basic salary in each pay group and step is CZK per month:

(2) Judges of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic are entitled to a basic salary of CZK 27,300 per month. "
6. In Section 5 (3), the words "and the Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic shall be deleted from the courts of the military courts."

„§ 6
Functional surcharge
(1) The functional surcharge belongs to:
(a) to the President of the District Court with a maximum of 14 Chambers of CZK 2500 per month, 15 to 30 Chambers of CZK 3100 per month and more than 30 Chambers of CZK 3700 per month,
b) Vice-President of the District Court with a maximum of 14 Chambers of CZK 1250 per month, 15 to 30 Chambers of CZK 1700 per month and more than 30 Chambers of CZK 2000 per month,
(c) to the President of the Regional Court of CZK 5000 per month,
d) Vice-President of the Regional Court of CZK 3100 per month,
(e) to the President of the Chamber of the Regional Court of 1500 CZK a month,
(f) judges of the Regional Court who decide as a single judge, in the amount of CZK 1000 per month,
g) to the President of the Supreme Court of CZK 6,200 per month,
h) Vice-President of the Supreme Court of CZK 4300 per month,
(i) to the President of the College of the Supreme Court of CZK 3100 per month;
(j) to the President of the Senate of the Supreme Court of CZK 2000 per month,
k) President of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic of CZK 7,400 per month,
l) Vice-President of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic in the amount of 5000 CZK per month,
m) President of the College of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic in the amount of CZK 3700 per month,
n) President of the Senate of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic of CZK 2500 per month.
(2) In case of competition, the judge shall be entitled only to the functional surcharge which is more favourable to him. '
8. In Paragraph 10 (3), "4000 CZK 'is replaced by" 5000 CZK' and "2000 CZK 'is replaced by" 2500 CZK'.
9. In the last sentence of Paragraph 14 (1), after the words "the judge is granted a comma shall be replaced by a dot and the words" in the courts of the court of the military shall also be deleted by cash benefits to which he is entitled under the special rule in that period (7) when he is dismissed from the service of an occupational soldier. "
(10) footnote 7) shall be deleted.
11. Paragraph 14a, including footnote 8, is deleted.
12. in Article 15 (1) (a), the amount "6500 CZK" is replaced by "8100 CZK."
13. in Paragraph 15 (1) (b), the amount "7000 CZK" is replaced by "8700 CZK."
14. The following Section 15d is inserted after Section 15c:
„§ 15d
Vice-President of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and President of the Supreme Court
(a) free use of a service vehicle with or without an assigned driver for the performance of its duties or in connection with it and for the purpose of enabling contact with the family;
(b) free establishment and use of one participating telephone station to ensure immediate availability in both working and non-working hours. ';
Čl. II
1. If a court-martial gives its assent to an assignment to a court (9) and his service as a soldier has not ceased to exist by dismissal under a special rule, 10) his service as a soldier shall cease to exist on the date of application of this law.
2. If a court-martial grants his consent to be assigned to a court, 9) he shall not be entitled, during the term of office of the judge, to payment of the service allowance in accordance with a special provision. 11)
3. If the court-martial judges have ceased to serve as a soldier under point 1, they shall be entitled to a service allowance under the conditions laid down in point 2.
4. If a court-martial gives his consent to be assigned to a court, 9) he shall cease to be entitled to severance payments under a special order. 12)

This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1994.
