Government Regulation No. 361 / 2007 Coll., laying down conditions of health protection at work, as amended by Government Regulation No. 68 / 2010 Coll., Government Regulation No. 93 / 2012 Coll., Government Regulation No. 9 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 32 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 246 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 41 / 2020 Coll., Government Regulation No. 467 / 2020 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 195 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Annex 1, Part In Table 2, in the column "to, min or tg, min ', the number" 20' is replaced by "18 'and the number" 18' is replaced by "16 '.

2. In Annex 1, Part A, Table 3, including the title, reads:

"Allowed setting of microclimatic conditions for air-conditioned workplaces of Class I and IIa
