GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 July 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 313 / 2010 Coll., on Awards by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 313 / 2010 Coll., on Awards by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as amended by Government Decree No. 83 / 2018 Coll. and Government Decree No. 191 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1), points (f) and (g) are deleted;
Points (h) to (n) shall be renumbered as points (f) to (l).
(2) Sections 7 and 9 shall be deleted, including the headings.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2021.
