amending Decree No. 346 / 2015 Coll., on the procedure for determining the amount of compensation for pain and for making it difficult for the social application of soldiers
According to § 119 (2) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree No. 346 / 2015 Coll., on the procedure for determining the amount of compensation for pain and for complicating the social application of soldiers, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, in entry 1.3, the words "a 1 cm 'are inserted after the words" deep'.
2. In Annex 1, entry 1.8 reads as follows:

3. In Annex 1, entries 1.10 and 1.11 read:

4. In Annex 1, entry 1.15 reads as follows:

Transitional provision
If the pain or discomfort of the social application was caused before the date of entry into force of this Order, the compensation for the pain or compensation for the inconvenience of the social application shall be determined in accordance with Decree No. 346 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
