THE LAW
of 13 November 1997
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 587 / 1992 Coll., on excise duties, as amended, and amending Act No. 303 / 1993 Coll., on the abolition of the State Tobacco Monopoly and its related measures, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Authorisations to supply and sell selected products at non-tax prices issued by the Ministry of Finance under the current regulations shall be deemed to have been issued under this Act.
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 297 / 1993 Coll., on the sale of goods at prices excluding value added tax and the sale of selected products at prices without excise duties in connection with the transfer of state borders.
2. Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 65 / 1996 Coll., on the method of reimbursement of value added tax and excise duties to persons of other States enjoying privileges and immunities under international agreements, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 207 / 1996 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 65 / 1996 Coll., on the method of reimbursement of value added tax and excise duties to persons of other States enjoying privileges and immunities under international agreements.
3. Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 144 / 1994 Coll., laying down the conditions for repayment of the value added tax paid, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 61 / 1995 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 144 / 1994 Coll., laying down the conditions for reimbursement of the value added tax paid.
The President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic the full text of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 587 / 1992 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as is apparent from later laws.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1998.
