DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 21 June 2002
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 20 December 2000 between the Trade Workers' Union and the Trade Union of the Czech Republic (1), as amended by Appendix 1, concluded on 1 August 20012, and Appendix 2 concluded on 5 February 20023, shall be binding on the employers listed in the Annex as from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
