of 2 August 2000
amending Act No. 46 / 2000 Coll., on the Rights and Duties in the Issue of Periodic Printing and on the Amendment of Certain Other Laws (Press Act)
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 46 / 2000 Coll., on the Rights and Obligations in the Issue of Periodic Printing and on the Amendment of Certain Other Laws (Press Act) is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (2), the words "the Collection of International Treaties," shall be inserted after the words "the Collection of Laws,"
2. in Article 9 (1) (f):
"(f) 1 mandatory copy of each state scientific library and state technical library in Prague,"
3. in Article 9 (1) (g), the word "regional" shall be deleted;
4. Paragraph 9 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Where periodical printing is published in regional mutations, the publisher shall fulfil the obligation under paragraph 1 (f) by delivering a compulsory copy of such periodical printing to the state scientific library responsible for the designation of the regional mutation and by supplying regional mutations to the State Technical Library in Prague. ';
5. Paragraph 9 (6) is deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
