THE LAW
of 12 November 1999
amending Act No 116 / 1990 Coll., on the rental and subletting of non-residential premises, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 116 / 1990 Coll., on the rental and sublease of non-residential premises, as amended by Act No. 403 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 529 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 540 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3 (2), the sentences of the second and third paragraphs are deleted.
2. Paragraph 3 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Where the contract does not contain the particulars referred to in paragraph 3, it shall be void. ';
Transitional provision
The procedure for the granting of consent under Article 3 (2) of Act No. 116 / 1990 Coll., on the rental and subletting of non-residential premises, as amended, started before the entry into force of this Act, is hereby terminated on the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
