THE LAW
of 8 December 1995
amending the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No 366 / 1992 Coll., on measures relating to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 366 / 1992 Coll., on measures in relation to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), as amended by Act No. 215 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 42 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1), (2) and (3), the words "from the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro)" shall be replaced by the words "from the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the forces of the Bosnian Serbs,"
2. in Articles 1 (4) and 3 (3), the words "to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro)" shall be replaced by the words "on the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are under the control of the forces of the Bosnian Serbs."
3. In Article 2 (1), the words "in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) 'are replaced by the words" in the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the forces of Bosnian Serbs' and the words "from the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) 'are replaced by the words" from the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the forces of Bosnian Serbs'.
4. In Article 3 (1), the words "to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) 'are replaced by the words" to the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the forces of Bosnian Serbs' and the words "to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) 'are replaced by the words" to the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the forces of Bosnian Serbs'.
5. In Paragraph 4a, the words "in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) 'are replaced by the words" in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the control of the forces of the Bosnian Serbs'.
6. Paragraph 6a (1) is deleted and paragraph 2 is deleted.
7. in § 7 (1), the words "§ 2 (2), § 4a, § 4b (1), § 6, § 6a (2) and § 6b" shall be replaced by "§ 2 (2), § 4a, 6a and 6b."
8. in § 7 (3) (a), the words "§ 6a (2)" shall be replaced by the words "§ 6a," in § 7 (3) (b), the words "territorial waters referred to in § 4b (1), the transit referred to in § 6 or the entry into" and in § 7 (3) (c), the words "this Ministry shall also be asked for approval under § 2a."
9. Sections 2a, 4, 4b, 4d, 5 and 6 are deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
