DECLARATION
of 4 October 2024
on the issue of the commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 400th anniversary of the issue of the Comenius map of Moravia
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 30 October 2024, a commemorative silver coin of 200 CZK (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred koruna") is issued for the 400th anniversary of the issue of the Komenský map of Moravia.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief.
(3) Two hundred koruna is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the two-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and its strength 2,2 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns, the tolerance in the silver content shall be up to 1%, the difference in weight up to 0,26 g, the tolerance in diameter 0,1 mm and the tolerance in thickness 0,15 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front of the two-hundred crown is the stylized upper left part of the Komenský map of Moravia. At the left edge of the coin there is a copy of the text "CZECH REPUBLIC" with the denomination and abbreviation "200 CZK." The text "CZECH REPUBLIC 'is separated from the nominal value by the symbol" ITE' The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the letters "No" and "M" is to the right of the text "REPUBLIC."
(2) On the reverse side of the two hundred crown is the stylized upper right part of the Komenský map of Moravia. At the right edge of the coin, there is a copy of the text "COM MAPA MORAVY." To the right of the map is the vertical text "1624 - 2024." The initials of the author of the academic sculptor Zbynek Fojt coin, which are made up of compositions of letters "F" and "Z", are at the bottom right edge of the map.
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 30 October 2024.
