GOVERNMENT REGULATION

on the establishment of State budget resources pursuant to Article 28 (3) of the Energy Supported Act for 2024
The Government orders pursuant to § 28 (3) of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 19 / 2023 Coll.:
State Budget Funds
The resources of the state budget pursuant to Section 28 (3) of the Act on Supported Energy Sources for 2024 are CZK 9 350 000 000.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
