THE LAW
of 24 August 2016
amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Central Account Accounting Act
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on Information Systems of Public Administration
In Article 3 of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 413 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 70 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (l) is added:
"(l) Czech National Bank."
Amendment to the Banking Act
In the last sentence of Section 38 (2) of Act No. 21 / 1992 Coll., on Banks, as amended by Act No. 156 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 61 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 70 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 135 / 2014 Coll., the words "or at" are replaced by the words "at," at "and at the end of the sentence, the words" or when carrying out the obligation to transmit data under the Act on Central Account Records. "
Amendment of the Act on savings and credit cooperatives and certain related measures
In § 25b (2) sentence of the third Act No. 87 / 1995 Coll., on savings and credit cooperatives and certain measures related thereto and on the addition of the Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Tax, as amended, as amended, as amended by Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 285 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 135 / 2014 Coll., the words "or, at the end of the sentence, the words" or, in the fulfilment of the obligation to transmit data under the Act on Central Accounting Accounts' are added.
Amendment to the Freedom of Information Act
Act No. 106 / 1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, as amended by Act No. 101 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 159 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 39 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 413 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 61 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 32 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 123 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (3), the words "information on data held in central account records and subsequent records' shall be inserted after the words" to be provided ';
2. In Article 11 (4), at the end of the text of point (f), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) activities of the Czech National Bank in connection with the management of central account records."
Amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure
In the first sentence of Section 8 (2) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure, as amended by Act No. 265 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 41 / 2009 Coll., the words "to determine the circumstances of the accused 'and the words" to assess the circumstances of the accused' are deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
