DECLARATION
of 4 November 2015
amending Decree No. 426 / 2013 Coll., on the submission of statements by savings and credit cooperatives of the Czech National Bank, as amended by Decree No. 310 / 2014 Coll.
Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 41 paragraph 3 of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 227 / 2013 Coll.:
Decree No. 426 / 2013 Coll., on the submission of statements by savings and credit cooperatives of the Czech National Bank, as amended by Decree No. 310 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (2) (a), the words "and on insured deposits" shall be deleted;
2. In Paragraph 3 (3), at the end of point (a), the word "a 'is replaced by a comma.
3. In Article 3, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (c) and (d) are added:
"(c) within 30 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the DZ (CNB) report 24-04" Quarterly statement of insured claims on deposits "; and
(d) within 37 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the FIS (CNB) report 90-04 "Executive and non-executive and relieved exposures." ';
4. In Annex 1, point 5:
"5. DZ (ČNB) 26-12" Monthly statement of selected commitments for calculation of PMR "
The statement shall contain data for the calculation of the reserve requirements aggregated for all currencies, broken down by original maturity of liabilities and by basic sectoral breakdown of creditors. ';
5. In Annex 1, point 8, the words "members of management bodies' are replaced by the words" persons in senior management ', after the words "5% inclusive', the comma is replaced by the words" a 'and the words "and the membership of representatives of the cooperative reserve in other legal entities' are deleted.
6. the following points 11 and 12 are added at the end of Annex 1:
"11. FIS (CNB) 90-04" Powerful and inefficient exposures and relieved exposures "
The report shall include information on performance exposures and non-performance exposures with default and impairment related to debt securities and loans in the sector structure and broken down by residual maturity bands and information on collateral received for those high and non-performing exposures. It also contains information on type-by-type concessions that have been made against debt securities and loans in the sector structure. For each type of debt, the accumulated value of the impairment and the accumulated changes in fair value due to credit risk and provisions is also reported.
12. DZ (ČNB) 24-04 "Quarterly statement of insured claims on deposits"
The report shall contain information on insured and covered deposit claims with the cooperative bank broken down by type of creditor. ';
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
