The Constitutional Court decided on 31 May 2005 in plenary composed of JUDr. František Duchoň, JUDr. Vojen Güttler, JUDr. Pavel Holländer, JUDr. Dagmar Lastovecká, JUDr. Jiří Mucha, JUDr. Jan Musil, JUDr. Jiří Nykodým, JUDr. Pavel Rychetský, JUDr. Miloslav Dobrný, JUDr. Eliška Wagner and JUDr. Michaela Židlická in the case of the proposal by JUDr. Stanislav Grosse, Minister of the Interior, on the annulment of the Order of the Municipality of the Municipality of Psáry on 23 June 2003,
as follows:
The Ordinance of the Municipality of Psáry of 25 June 2003 on the construction closure, issued by the Zatsplatelstvo of the Municipality of Psáry at the meeting of the Municipality of Psáry on 23 June 2003, is hereby repealed.
