DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 21 June 2002
on the extension of the obligation to supplement a higher-degree collective agreement
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
Appendix 1, concluded on 19 December 20011) to collective agreements of a higher degree concluded on 30 November 2000 between the KOVO trade union and the iron metallurgy union (2), shall also be binding on the employers listed in the Annex as from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
