DECLARATION

amending the Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic of 11 August 1992 No. HČ- 515 / 2-92 on the formalities and reimbursement of expenses provided to members of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the performance of the service (No 428 / 1992 Coll.)
The Ministry of the Interior, after consulting the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, provides pursuant to § 58 paragraph 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Czech Police:
The proceeds of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic dated 11 August 1992 No. HČ- 515 / 2-92 on the formalities and reimbursement of expenses granted to members of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the performance of the service (No 428 / 1992 Coll.) are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 36 deletes paragraph 7.
Article 39 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Where a foreign business trip lasts less than 12 hours on a calendar day or if a total of less than 12 hours on a total basis, a police officer may be granted a subsistence allowance in a foreign currency up to a maximum of half the daily rate determined in accordance with paragraph 1. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 23 December 1993.
