Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Administrative Charges Act

In the schedule of administrative fees, item 21 (b) reads:
| „b) Vydání povolení číselné loterie podle § 2 písm. c) zákona, sázkové hry podle § 2 písm. f) zákona, sázkové hry podle § 2 písm. h) zákona, sázkové hry podle § 2 písm. j) zákona, sázkové hry podle § 2 písm. k) zákona, sázkové hry podle § 2 písm. l) zákona, sázkové hry podle § 2 písm. n) zákona nebo loterií a jiných podobných her podle § 50 odst. 3 zákona za každý rok | 10 %, nejméně Kč 1 500 nejvýše Kč 10 000 000“. |
Transitional provision
The administrative fee referred to in item 21 (b) of the Annex to the Administrative Charges Act effective until the effective date of this Act shall be the last to be charged for the accounting year beginning in 2011.
Amendment of the Local Charges Act
Act No. 565 / 1990 Coll., on Local Charges, as amended by Act No. 184 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 338 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 48 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 305 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 229 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 270 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 348 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 183 / 2010 Coll., and Act No. 30 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (g):
"(g) the fee for the operated gaming instrument, the end interactive video-loter terminal and the gaming site of the local gaming system,"

(1) The fee for an operational game player is subject to each authorised game player as defined in § 2 (e) of Act No. 202 / 1990 Coll., on lotteries and other similar games, as amended ("Lottery Act"), hereinafter referred to as "the winning game player"), each end-end interactive video-loter terminal as defined in § 2 (l) of the Lottery Act (hereinafter referred to as "the final interactive video-game terminal") and each point of the local game system as defined in § 2 (n) of the Lottery Act (hereinafter referred to as "the gaming site of the local game system"). The municipality is not obliged to grant exemption from this charge.
(2) The fee for the winning player, the end interactive video-loter terminal and the gaming site of the local gaming system are paid by its operator.
(3) The rate of charge for each winning player, each end interactive videoloterer terminal and each game site of the local gaming system for three months is from CZK 1,000 to CZK 5,000.
Transitional provision
Local fees for operated gaming instruments or other technical equipment authorised under Act No. 202 / 1990 Coll., on lotteries and other similar games, as effective before 1 January 2012, shall be determined in accordance with existing legislation.
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2012, with the exception of the provisions of Article 4 (1) (a) (ii) and (iii) thereof. I, point 30, as regards Article 50 (4) and the third part, which shall take effect on the date of its publication.
