amending Decree No. 475 / 2005 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources, as amended
According to Section 12 (3) of Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., on the promotion of the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources), for the implementation of Section 6 (1) (b) (1) of the Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources:
In Annex 3 to Decree No. 475 / 2005 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources, as amended by Decree No. 364 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 409 / 2009 Coll., the table in the section Photovoltaic reads:

Transitional provision
The indicative values of technical and economic parameters according to Annex 3 to Decree No. 475 / 2005 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources, as amended by Decree No. 364 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 409 / 2009 Coll., apply to the plants put into service until the date of entry into force of this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2010.
