DECLARATION
of 26 August 2003
amending Decree No. 18 / 2002 Coll., on the conditions for connection and transport of electricity in the electricity system
According to Article 98 (7) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the terms of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Ministry of Industry and Trade provides for the implementation of § 23 (1) (a), taking into account Articles 23 (2) (i) and 28 (2) (i) of the Act:
Decree No. 18 / 2002 Coll., on the conditions of connection and transport of electricity in the electricity system, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "and the distribution system operator 'are deleted.
2. In Article 2 (3), the words "or the distribution system operator 'are deleted.
3. In Annex 2, in the title, the words "or distribution system operator 'are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2003.
