extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective agreement of the higher degree concluded on 30 November 2000 between the KOVO trade union and the iron metallurgy union (1), as amended by Appendix 1, concluded on 19 December 20012, shall also be binding on the employers listed in the Annex from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
