On 30 September 1997, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on a proposal by the Regional Office of Louna to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Žatce No 47 of 26 September 1996 on the regulation of market sales in Žatci, as amended by Decree No 51 of 27 February 1997 (Full version No 52 of 27 February 1997) as follows:
Article III (1) (c), Article VII and Article The general binding Decree of the City of Žatce No 47 of 26 September 1996 on the regulation of market sales in the City of Žatci, as amended by Decree No 51 of 27 February 1997 (full version No 52 of 27 February 1997), shall be deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
The remainder is rejected.
