The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (c) and § 90 (6) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Decree No. 105 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 200 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 85 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 190 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 116 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 381 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 573 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 574 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 175 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 425 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 96 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 141 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 267 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 60 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 75 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Annex V, the words "Boubino forest PT Upper Vltavice, Beelé p. B. + Výnost MK No. 18.830 / 56 (14.1.1956), Beijing CL Kvítkov, Zahrandy, Sosnové výnosti MKI č. 13.903 / 67 (18.11.1967), SWamp CL Doksy výn. Spa Decree MŽP ČR No. 6 / 1991 Coll. (14. 12. 1990), Blue Mine RK Potštejn + Income MK No. 2.783 / 56 (4. 7. 1956) and U Houkvice RK Petrovice n. Orlicí + Income MK No. 45.964 / 54 (5. 8. 1954) 'are deleted.
The following shall be deleted:
1. Annex No XXIX to the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 17.094 / 87- VI / 2 on the declaration of protection of certain national natural reserves and protected sites, dated 21 December 1987.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 17.976 / 72 on the establishment of a protected study area "Swamp," of 29 December 1972.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and Culture No 2.783 / 56 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Blue Mine," of 4 July 1956.
4. Decree of the Ministry of Culture No. 26.374 / 54 - IX, on the establishment of the reservation "U Gloriet," of 5 June 1954.
5. Decree of the Ministry of Culture No. 45.964 / 54 - IX, on the establishment of the reservation "U Houkvice," of 5 August 1954.
6. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No 2.224 / 58 - D / 1, on the new declaration and extension of the State Nature Reserve "Boubín Forest," of 15 January 1958.
7. Decree of the Ministry of Culture No 18.830 / 55 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Klocokat," of 14 January 1956.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2009.
