amending Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree No 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No 130 / 1993 Coll., No 300 / 1993 Coll., No 88 / 1994 Coll., No 175 / 1994 Coll., No 192 / 1995 Coll., No 156 / 1996 Coll., No 115 / 1997 Coll., No 233 / 1997 Coll., No 56 / 1998 Coll., No 141 / 1998 Coll., No 261 / 1998 Coll., No 331 / 1998 Coll., and No 335 / 1998 Coll., are amended as follows:
In Annex A / I, Part I, for the subheading "1001 90 99 20 Fodder wheat - characterised by a weight of 740 - 760 g / l, a wet gluten content in the dry matter of less than 20% and a nitrogen content in excess of 13% - originating in the Republic of Hungary of 80 000 tonnes', shall be amended as follows:

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
