DECLARATION
Minister for Finance
of 15 March 1967
on the withdrawal of banknotes of 100 CZK and 50 CZK model 1953
The Minister of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) Banknotes of 100 CZK and 50 CZK model 1953 (with old national emblem on the reverse) *) cease to be legal money in the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic until 31 December 1967.
(2) The banknotes referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exchanged between 1 January 1968 and 30 June 1968, including all mail, state savings banks and branches of the Czechoslovak State Bank, from 1 July 1968 to 30 June 1969, including only the Czechoslovak State Bank branch. After 30 June 1969, any exchange of such banknotes is excluded.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
