amending Government Regulation No 19 / 1951 Coll., adjusting working time to ensure the smooth transport of workers and electricity, gas and heating steam
The Government of the Republic of Czechoslovakia hereby orders pursuant to § 10 (1) of Act No. 63 / 1958 Coll., on the second five-year National Economic Development Plan of the Republic of Czechoslovakia:
Government Regulation No 19 / 1951 Coll., on the adjustment of working time to ensure the smooth transport of workers and the supply of electricity, gas and heating steam, is amended as follows:
Article 3 reads:
"In cases where, as a result of the adjustment provided for in Sections 1 and 2, work temporarily at night, the Government may, after consultation with the Central Council of Trade Unions, authorise an exemption from the ban on the night work of women where, in the light of particularly serious circumstances, the interest of the State so requires. This exemption may be allowed only for a limited period. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
