on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Provisions common.
Final and transitional provisions.
Jurisdiction in the criminal proceedings of pensioners.
With regard to jurisdiction in pension matters, the Minister of Finance may, in agreement with the Financial Officer, make measures derogating from the present regulation by decree in the Collection of Laws and Regulations.
