DECLARATION
of 7 January 2025
amending Decree No 82 / 2019 Coll., on tobacco labels, as amended by Decree No 347 / 2023 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 129 (a) to (g) of Act No. 353 / 2003 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended by Act No. 80 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 462 / 2024 Coll.:
Decree No. 82 / 2019 Coll., on tobacco labels, as amended by Decree No. 347 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence of the Decree, the text "f) 'is replaced by the text" g)' and the words "and Act No. 462 / 2024 Coll. 'are added at the end of the introductory sentence.
2. The following Section 10a is inserted after Section 10:
Application for official supervision of the destruction of tobacco labels
The collector shall submit an application for official supervision of the destruction of tobacco labels on the form set out in Annex 6 to this Regulation. ';
3. the following Annex 6 is inserted after Annex 5:
"Annex No 6
"
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
