Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 3 / 2024 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, says that, pursuant to Article 2c of the Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the scope of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Law No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act No. 8 / 2023 of 28 December 2023 of the later, amending the Law No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on the supported sources of energy and amending certain laws, as amended by the Law No. 23 of the Energy Regulatory Authority of 28 December 2023, amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No. 11 / 2022 of 30 September 2022 of 30 September 2022 establishing aid for energy sources.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 7 / 2023 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 December 2023, in the amount of 9, in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 December 2023, in the amount of 10, in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 28 December 2023, in the amount of 11, and in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 28 December 2023, in the amount of 12.

The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. Decision No 7 / 2023 entered into force on 28 December 2023. Decisions 8 / 2023, 9 / 2023 and 10 / 2023 entered into force on 1 January 2024.
