DECLARATION
of 29 December 2020
on the establishment of models of guides' licences and the particulars therein by species
According to Section 12b (5) of Act No. 159 / 1999 Coll., on certain terms and conditions of business and on the pursuit of certain activities in the field of tourism, as amended by Act No. 117 / 2020 Coll., ("the Act '):
Manuals models
(1) The model of the licence of the first degree guide according to § 12a (a) of the Act is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
(2) The model of the II. degree guide in accordance with Section 12a (b) of the Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.

Model
Czech national tour guide licence I. degree without professional competence
1. Description
a) The Czech National Card of the first degree tourist guide without professional competence is a white plastic card with dimensions of 85,60 x 53,98 mm with rounded corners with a radius of 2,88 to 3,48 mm.
(b) On the front page of the Czech National Travel Guide of 1st degree without professional competence, the text "CZECH TOURIST GUIDE IDENTIFICATION CARD WITHOUT AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION" appears on the first to third lines. The text "WITHOUT TRAINING 'is highlighted by white undercolour. The text" NAME (NAME) AND RECEIVATION / GIVEN NAME (NAMES) AND SURNAME' is given on the fourth to fifth lines. Under the fifth line there is a place for writing the relevant data. On the sixth to seventh lines, the text "PROJECT NUMBER / ID NO. 'is given. The right of the sixth and seventh lines is the place for writing the relevant data. In the left part there is a colour photograph of the licence holder with dimensions of 25 x 35 mm. The text" IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF PERSONS (ICO) OR DATE OF ORDER / IDENTIFICATION NO. OR DATE OF BIRTH "is given on the eighth to 10th row. Under the 10th line, there's a place to write down the relevant data. The eleventh line shows the orange text" TRANSFER I TRAIN "visible only in UV light. In the right part of the licence, the tricolor is drawn up in grey shades in the form of a price grid, the lower part of which contains a small national character, also in grey shades. The name and surname of the licence holder shall be recorded in capital letters. The licence number shall be six digits, composed of numbers 0 to 9 and unique for each licence. All texts, including the written data, shall be drawn up in black in capillaries. The background of the face side of the licence consists of rays leading from the upper right corner to the lower left corner and reaching even into the field for the photograph, is made in the price grid, contains a microface and passes from the blue-grey color through the orange back to the blue-grey one, from the left to the right. Between the third and fourth lines of text is the orange line created from the microtext.
c) On the reverse side of the Czech National Travel Guide (1st degree) without professional competence, the text "ISSUED: MINISTERSTVO FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT / ISSUED BY: MINISTER OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT" is given on the first to second line. The third to fourth lines contain the text "DATE OF ISSUE / DATE OF ISSUE '. To the right of this text is the place for writing the relevant data. The text" PERFORMANCE PERIOD: NON-EURCITY / VALIDITY: INDEFINITIONS' appears on the fifth to sixth lines. On the seventh to eighth lines, the text "THE VALIDITY OF THE PROHIBITION BY SCANNING THIS CODE 'appears. To the right of this text is a QR code that contains a link to the respective website. On the ninth to 10th lines, the text" TRANSITION IS A PUBLIC CHARTER, HIS ALTERATION OR AMENDMENT IS CRITICAL / THIS ID IS A DOCUMENT, ITS FORGERY OR ALTERATION IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE "is given. The date of issue shall be indicated in the format dd.mm.yyyy. QR code size is 9 x 9 mm. All texts, including the written data, shall be drawn up in black in capillaries. The QR code is made in black on white. The background of the reverse side consists of a picture of a baroque window on the side of the St. Nicholas Temple on the Malá Strana in Prague, prepared in a price raster, containing a micropísmo and passing from blue to orange to blue to right from left to right.

Czech National Card Guide to Tourism II. degree with professional competence
1. Description
a) The Czech National Card of the Second degree tourist guide with professional competence is a white plastic card with dimensions 85,60 x 53,98 mm with rounded corners with a radius of 2,88 to 3,48 mm.
(b) On the front page of the Czech National Travel Guide, the first to third lines are the text "THE CZECH TOURIST GUIDE IDENTIFICATION CARD WITH AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION" on the Czech National Travel Guide. The text "EXPORT ELIGIBILITY 'is highlighted by white undercolour. The text" NAME (NAME) AND RECEIVATION / GIVEN NAME (NAMES) AND SURNAME' is given on the fourth to fifth lines. Under the fifth line there is a place for writing the relevant data. On the sixth to seventh lines, the text "PROJECT NUMBER / ID NO. 'is given. The right of the sixth and seventh lines is the place for writing the relevant data. In the left part there is a colour photograph of the licence holder with dimensions of 25 x 35 mm. The text" IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF PERSONS (ICO) OR DATE OF ORDER / IDENTIFICATION NO. OR DATE OF BIRTH "is given on the eighth to 10th row. Under the 10th line, there's a place to write down the relevant data. In the right part of the licence, the tricolor is drawn up in white, red and blue in the form of a price grid, in which the lower part contains a small national emblem drawn up in brown and white. The name and surname of the licence holder shall be recorded in capital letters. On the left of the small national emblem is placed an optically variable element in the shape of a baroque ornament with a size of 11 x 9 mm with a colour transition from gold to green. The licence number shall be six digits, composed of numbers 0 to 9 and unique for each licence. The basic texts shall be drawn up in brown characters. All the written data shall be in black characters. The background of the face side of the licence consists of a beige underprint and a depiction of the ending of the gothic vault with roses, drawn in a price grid, containing a microface and passing from orange to brown to orange to right. Part of the design of the front side is a roller coaster with a fridge, which used King Wenceslas IV as his badge. Between the third and fourth lines of text is placed brown line created from microtext.
c) On the reverse side of the Czech National Travel Guide, level II with professional competence, the text "ISSUED: MINISTERSTVO FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT / ISSUED BY: MINISTER OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT" is given on the first to second line. The third to fourth lines contain the text "DATE OF ISSUE / DATE OF ISSUE '. To the right of this text is the place for writing the relevant data. The text" PERFORMANCE PERIOD: NON-EURCITY / VALIDITY: INDEFINITIONS' appears on the fifth to sixth lines. On the seventh to eighth lines, the text "THE VALIDITY OF THE PROHIBITION BY SCANNING THIS CODE 'appears. To the right of this text is a QR code that contains a link to the respective website. The entry concerning the date of issue shall be made out in black in capricious characters. The QR code is made in black on white. The background of the reverse side consists of the ending of a gothic arch with roses, drawn in a price grid, containing a microface and passing from orange to brown through light blue to orange to right.
