DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 4 January 1985
on the issue of commemorative silver hundred and crowns for the 125th anniversary of the birth of Martin Kukucín
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
(1) On the 125th anniversary of the birth of the Slovak writer Martin Kukucín, commemorative silver hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as the "hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Hunting from an alloy of 500 pieces of silver, 400 parts of copper, 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of zinc. The weight of the hundred koruna is 9 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter is 29 mm, the edge is serrated.
(1) On the face of the hundred crown is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and in the unclosed copy the name of the state "CZECHOSLOVAK SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC." In the middle of the bottom, there are two rows of the "100 CZK" marking.
(2) There is a portrait of Martin Kukuchín on the back of the Stokoruna and a pen behind it as a symbol of the writer. The name "MARTIN KUKUCHIN" is in an unclosed copy below, the middle left is in two rows of the years "1860" and "1985."
(3) The author of the hundred crown design is the national artist Ján Kulich, the initials of his name "J.K" are below the year.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 February 1985.
