THE LAW
Czech National Council
of 8 January 1969
on the publication of the laws of the Czech National Council and other generally binding legislation of the Czech Socialist Republic
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The laws of the Czech National Council and the legal measures of its Bureau are published in the Collection of Laws. *)
In the Collection of Laws, the following are further announced:
(a) the Order of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic;
(b) a resolution by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic to be designated by the Government to be published in the Collection of Laws;
(c) Ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic;
(d) generally binding regulations or decrees of the Regional National Committees, the National Committee of the City of Prague and the National Committees directly managed by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, if their publication in the Collection of Laws is necessary or effective;
(e) other measures of the Czech National Council and its Bureau, the Government, its members or central bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic, if the Czech National Council law so provides or if the nature of the matter so requires.
The declaration of legislation and other measures referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, or the notification of their issue, shall be made in the same way as for other legislation and measures published in the Collection of Laws.
The publication of the legislation referred to in § 2 (a) and (c), or the notification of the issue of generally binding legislation by ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic in the Collection of Laws, is a condition of their validity.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
